Over the next couple of weeks, we're looking back on the year in music on the Yellow Brit Road. With friends and fellow members of the music community joining me on the show, we pick our highlights of 2025. This week, Lauren, Kelly and Adam join me to pick their best albums, artists, shows and moments of 2025, and look ahead to what 2026 holds for music. Plus, we are joined on the show by Asha Lorenz and Louis O'Bryen from London rock band Sorry, whose 3rd album Cosplay is one of our albums of the year. Music played on the show was mostly from notable festival sets, radio sessions, live shows and TV performances from 2025:
Sam Fender (London Stadium)
CMAT (Glastonbury, Later... With Jools Holland)
Wet Leg (NPR Tiny Desk)
Olivia Dean (Live Lounge)
Queens of the Stone Age (Alive In The Catacombs)
Turnstile (Tiny Desk)
The Last Dinner Party (Jools Holland)
Pulp (Tiny Desk)
Kneecap (Glastonbury 2025)
