Our self identity is something that seems to be wrestled with. The thought experiment of Theseus' Ship was something that really helped me visualize some of he ways I was self-sabotaging.

I am 25 years old, and just about everything I'm doing in my life, I'm new at. When you are new to something, there are a lot of learning points. As I learn I will share those lessons with you, and in doing so, I hope to also help myself better understand and apply the very lessons I'm learning.
