The title is often translated as 'The Path of Virtue', or 'The Way of Power.'

In Part Two, Michael discusses the Chinese terms (and characters) for Dao, De, Zi Ran, and Wu Wei. The core principles from the Dao De Jing.

De
Virtue, Power, Collaboration, 'Looking in the Four Direction until you find peace in your heart and move ahead with your people.'
Zi Ran
Self Nature as Nature, Spontaneity, 'Sacrificing your dog in the ocean of Nature's give-and-take.'
Wu Wei
Effortless Effort, Non-Interference, Non-Striving, 'the imminent attrition of opportunistic urges.'

To clarify the process of becoming an Authentic Human Being (Zhen Ren), Master Pedro Chang used four Chinese characters and some of their subtle meanings.
The Practice of Embodied Spiritual Warriorship
Simply put, to move through life seeking skillfulness, truth, transformation, and adaptability.
Shi
Warrior, Master, Skilled at something.
Zhi
Willingness, Willpower, Orientation, or Disorientation.
Zhen
True, Authentic, Real (Reality), "Cooking your Ego until beauty comes out...".
Zheng
Upright, Correct, Outer Resolve, Inner Resolve.
