More people realize that mental health is important because it has the positional of turning our lives into an emotional roller coaster. This up and down emotional adventure can be caused by trauma inflicted by our family, friends or situations that we have been through. The mission of Talk It Out is to help aged-out foster youth get connected to resources. This non-profit helps young adults transition into adulthood through understanding financial literacy, mental health and accountability.
Talk It Out works with community programs that helps young adults make a plan, enroll in school, childcare assistance, mental health, housing and more.
