Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la increíble experiencia que viví en el Freestyle Day 2da Edición 🏆, una competencia donde la única modalidad era Freestyle, y cada atleta dio lo mejor de sí en su puesta en escena. 🎭

📍 El evento se realizó en Aragua, Maracay, Parque Las Ballenas 🏞️ y fue patrocinado por Hive 🐝 y organizado por street workout community.

🌟 Welcome back, my dear friends from Hive and Street Workout Community! 🌟

A big hello to everyone! 🫂 I hope you are all doing well, full of positive energy and eager to push your limits every day. 💪✨

Today I want to share with you the incredible experience I had at Freestyle Day 2nd Edition 🏆, a competition where the only modality was Freestyle, and each athlete gave their best in their performance. 🎭

📍 The event was held in Aragua, Maracay, at Las Ballenas Park 🏞️ and was sponsored by Hive 🐝 and organized by the street workout community.

¡Hubo atletas de un nivel altísimo! 😮🔥 La competencia se dividió en 4 rondas:

· 1ª Ronda: 26 atletas.

· 2ª Ronda: Clasificaron los 13 mejores.

· 3ª Ronda: Los 10 con mayor puntuación.

· 4ª Ronda (Final): Los 5 mejores disputaron el podio. 🥇🥈🥉

Cada uno dio su máximo, y el jurado, compuesto por Alvis Orozco, Luis Acosta, Jesús Ramírez y Zahir Gaetano 👨‍⚖️, evaluó con gran experiencia.

Para mí, participar por primera vez en esta modalidad fue una experiencia increíble 😍, y estoy súper contento y orgulloso de haber logrado el 🥈 SEGUNDO LUGAR 🥈. Sé que podía dar más, pero esto me llena de motivación.

There were athletes of the highest caliber! 😮🔥 The competition was divided into four rounds:

· Round 1: 26 athletes.

· Round 2: The top 13 qualified.

· Round 3: The 10 with the highest scores.

· Round 4 (Final): The top 5 competed for the podium. 🥇🥈🥉

Everyone gave their all, and the jury, composed of Alvis Orozco, Luis Acosta, Jesús Ramírez, and Zahir Gaetano, evaluated with great expertise.

For me, participating in this event for the first time was an incredible experience 😍, and I am extremely happy and proud to have achieved 🥈 SECOND PLACE 🥈. I know I could have done more, but this fills me with motivation.

Y pensar que hace tiempo atrás pensaba retirarme de esta disciplina, pero con fuerza y disciplina 💥, he podido superar los obstáculos. ¡Esto solo es el comienzo! 🚀

Welcome, my Hive and Street Workout Community family! 👋😄 I hope from the bottom of my heart that you are feeling great, with that positive attitude and with the desire to break your limits and improve yourselves every day, which is what makes us stronger. 💚Today I come to share with much enthusiasm what was our 𝐃𝐈́𝐀 𝐃𝐄 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐘𝐋𝐄 🤸‍♂️ with my colleagues. It was an absolutely excellent day and with an incredible atmosphere to fly! ✨

I arranged to meet them at the bar park to do what we are most passionate about: training and sharing this philosophy of life. 🤝

Lamentablemente, y por una molestia en mi hombro izquierdo, no pude realizar movimientos de freestyle como hubiera querido 😔🙏. Sin embargo, el amor por el deporte es más fuerte. Pude realizar unos pequeños combos de estáticos, ya que noté que el dolor solo aparecía al realizar movimientos de swing o freestyle, no con la tensión pura. Fue importante escuchar a mi cuerpo para evitar una lesión mayor. 🚑⚠️

¡Pero mis compañeros no defraudaron! Aunque son principiantes y se están adentrando poco a poco en este mundo, entrenaron con todo y demostraron lo mejor de sí mismos. 🥳👏 Algunos se atrevieron con combos de estáticos y freestyle, intentando 360s y otros movimientos. ¡Cada intento, cada repetición y cada caída son un paso más en su camino! 🚀

Unfortunately, and due to a discomfort in my left shoulder, I couldn't perform freestyle moves as I would have liked 😔🙏. However, the love for the sport is stronger. I was able to perform a few small static combos, as I noticed that the pain only appeared when performing swing or freestyle movements, not with pure tension. It was important to listen to my body to avoid further injury. 🚑⚠️

But my teammates did not disappoint! Even though they are beginners and are slowly getting into this world, they trained with everything and showed their best. 🥳👏 Some dared with static and freestyle combos, trying 360s and other moves. every attempt, every repetition and every fall is one more step on their way! 🚀

Estoy seguro de que con disciplina y esfuerzo constante, se convertirán en unos auténticos guerreros de las barras. ⚔️🏆 Grabé y recopilé algunas de las mejores partes donde dieron lo mejor de ellos, superando la adversidad y las caídas. ¡Y esto va especialmente para ellos! Este post es un reconocimiento a su perseverancia. 🎥🌟

🔥 NUESTRO CAMINO A LA GLORIA

Con mi hermano de batallas @cristofercj-sw, nos preparamos mental y físicamente. ¡Partimos desde su casa con el corazón encendido! Tomamos un bus rumbo al Centro Comercial Parque Los Aviadores (sede de este gran evento), patrocinado por #Hive y organizado por Street Workout Community #SWC.

🔥 OUR ROAD TO GLORY

With my brother of battles @cristofercj-sw, we prepared mentally and physically. We set off from his house with our hearts on fire! We took a bus heading to Centro Comercial Parque Los Aviadores (venue of this great event), sponsored by #Hive and organized by Street Workout Community #SWC.

Al llegar: ¡el público, el ambiente, las barras relucientes! Todo era tan hermoso que supe que sería un evento único e irrepetible. Nos rodeaban atletas de todo el país: Táchira, Mérida, Falcón, Zulia, Apure, Carabobo, Aragua... ¡La energía era puro fuego!

When I arrived: the audience, the atmosphere, the gleaming bars! Everything was so beautiful that I knew it would be a unique and unrepeatable event. Athletes from all over the country surrounded us: Táchira, Mérida, Falcón, Zulia, Apure, Carabobo, Aragua.... The energy was pure fire!

Hola nuevamente amigos dé Hive y de street workout community que tienen el tiempo de visualizar mi publicación espero se encuentren muy bien hoy les vengo a compartir un recuerdo de hace 4 años recuerdo el cual es uno de mis favoritos ya que pase por muchos momentos motivadores y felices en la calistenia ya que mi progreso en el freestyle fue a un nivel muy rápido dónde cada truco cada movimiento gracias a la disciplina fue avanzando cada ves más este recuerdo también en unos de los muchos muy importantes para mí y quise compartirlo con ustedes también en ésos momentos estuvo mi hermano y compañeros de entrenamiento @cristofercj-sw dónde pasamos momentos inolvidables espero les guste y les sirva dé motivación 🔥💪

Hoy les vengo a compartir el día de freestyle que realicé el día de hoy, donde combiné algunos movimientos estáticos y dinámicos. Fue un buen día, ya que se me está recuperando la molestia que tenía en la mano por el golpe que me había causado realizando freestyle. En el entrenamiento de hoy combiné algunos movimientos como el 360, 540, ginger y otros, realizando algunas lanzadas de plancha y front lever. Aunque tenga que mejorar más en la limpieza de los estáticos, ahí vamos progresando. Bueno, espero que les guste el vídeo y lo disfruten. 🔥 💪

Hoy quiero compartirles un vídeo donde estaba realizando un poco de freestyle suave, ya que, por cuestión de un golpe que me causó en la mano realizando freestyle días antes, he sentido un poco de molestia para realizar los dinámicos fluidamente y hoy entrené un poco suave para evitar una lesión, pero pude entrenar algunas combinaciones con el 360°, el 540° ginger y otros más. A pesar de las molestias, entrené; espero que les guste el vídeo. 🔥💪

Cómo estás mis queridisimos amigos de hive y de street workout community espero se encuentren bien hoy me encuentro nuevamente activandome ya que no pude por razones personales y bueno quise comenzar compartiendoles un recuerdo de ase cuatro años donde estuve realizando freestyle en el parque las ballenas este es uno de los metrajes importante para mí porque hay estaba retomando nuevamente el freestyle después de casi 8 meses por cuestión de una fractura en el pies realizando freestyle que mejo prácticamente incapacitado tuve que realizar terapias y fue un gran esfuerzo para retomar nuevamente la vida normal que tenía pero con esfuerzo y disciplina pude superior todos los obstáculos y bueno es uno de los recuerdos más bonitos porque me ase recoger que pude levantarme para venir con más fuerza espero les guste y les sirva dé motivación 🔥💪

How are you my dear friends of hive and street workout community I hope you are well today I am again activating myself since I could not for personal reasons and well I wanted to start sharing a memory of four years ago where I was doing freestyle in the park whales this is one of the important footage for me because there was resuming freestyle again after nearly 8 months due to a fracture in my feet doing freestyle that left me practically disabled I had to undergo therapies and it was a great effort to resume the normal life I had but with effort and discipline I could overcome all the obstacles and well it is one of the most beautiful memories because it makes me realize that I could get up to come back with more strength I hope you like it and it serves as motivation 🔥💪.

Hoy les vengo a compartir un recuerdo del evento Urbanización Mendoza, un recuerdo que me gusta mucho, donde había atletas de varios estados del país. Había un gran ambiente competitivo. Disfrutamos mucho del parque de barras creado por nuestra gran comunidad #swc. La verdad, un gran parque completo y muy agradable, donde realicé varias combinaciones que me gustaron mucho, tanto en estáticos como en dinámicos, y quise compartir este recuerdo con ustedes. Un cordial saludos a todos mis amigos de hive y de street workout community que tienen el tiempo de leer mi publicación espero se encuentren bien hoy les vengo a compartir unos combos de estáticos que realize el día de hoy la verdad me sentía fuerte y pude realizar varias combinaciones con la plancha ya me estoy a costumbrado a lanzarla el la barra fija y pude combinarlas también con el freestyle me motiva bastante porque ya la estoy dominando esto me va a servir mucho para combinarlos con los movimientos de freestyle que me gustan mucho también realize movimiento como el front lever y el efescto baclever me sentía con fuerza gracias a los ejercicios de fortalecimiento pero hay vamos con el progreso espero seguir progresando en todas las áreas tanto en los estaticos como en el freestyle y bueno espero que les guste y les sirva dé motivación 💪🔥
