Hola amigos de #SWC hoy les traigo un vídeo de mis entrenamientos de freestyle, fue un día motivador pude hacer varios combos que tenía en mente y algunas trucos que me representa cómo mi estilo y bueno espero que les guste mi video.

Hi friends of #SWC today I bring you a video of my freestyle training, it was a motivating day I was able to do some com bos I had in mind and some tricks that represents me how my style and well I hope you like my video.

Bueno amigos espero que les haya gustado el vídeo voy a estar más activo subiendo contenido y bueno nos vemos en los próximos videos. A pesar de no estar muy activo en mis entrenamiento me sigo manteniendo pero cada día voy mejorando poco a poco y espero romper mis propios límites y seguir esforzándome para estar más fuerte.

Well friends I hope you liked the video I will be more active uploading content and well see you in the next videos. Despite not being very active in my training I'm still keeping up but every day I'm improving little by little and I hope to break my own limits and continue to strive to be stronger.

Hola amigos de Hive y SWC soy @yeremy-sw y hoy les comparto mi entrenamiento de freestyle que tuve la noche de ayer espero les guste.

Hi Hive and SWC friends I'm @yeremy-sw and today I'm sharing with you my freestyle workout I had last night I hope you like it.

Apezar que estuve tiempo sín entrenar pude hacer algunos Combos y trucos de freestyle y me gustó mucho porque sé que voy alcanzando mi nivel no del todo, pero tengo que esforzarme más y seguir entrenando para alcanzar mis objetivos.

Even though I haven't been training for a while I was able to do some Combos and freestyle tricks and I liked it a lot because I know I'm reaching my level, but not completely, but I have to work harder and keep training to reach my goals.

Bueno amigos esto ha sido mi post espero les haya gustado, espero seguir dandole este tipo de contenido, no solo de freestyle, sino tambien de de rutinas, ya sea para desarrollar masa muscular, como para sacar un estatico, asi que sin mas nada que decir, nos vemos en un proximo post.

Saludos amigos de Hive y de SWC, despues de mucho tiempo inactivo tanto en Hive como en los entrenos, vuelvo con un post de mi primer entrenamiento de recuperación, espero les guste

Greetings friends of Hive and SWC, after a long time of inactivity both in Hive and in training, I'm back with a post of my first recovery training, I hope you like it.

Debido a asuntos de trabajo no pude entrenar por mas de un mes, y de verdad que me entristecio mucho el no poder entrenar, y en ese primer entreno sentí que tenia menos fuerza, pero espero volver esta vez mas fuerte, para estar activo a cualquier competencia, y preparence porque se viene mas contenido aqui en Hive.

Due to work issues I could not train for more than a month, and I was really sad not to be able to train, and in that first training I felt I had less strength, but I hope to come back stronger this time, to be active to any competition, and get ready because there is more content coming here in Hive.

Bueno mis amigos esto ha sido mi post, espero les haya gustado, trataré ahora subir más contenido, y con mejor calidad, nos vemos hasta la próxima 🙏

Saludos amigos de Hive y SWC, hoy les comparto como fue mi participación en los versus por modalidad, este fue un evento organizado por SWC, el cual fue , mi primer evento con la comunidad.

Greetings friends of Hive and SWC, today I share with you how was my participation in the versus by modality, this was an event organized by SWC, which was my first event with the community.

La competencia de de los versus por modalidad fue un evento fantastico, hubieron muchisimosos atletas de distintos estados de venezuela, fue un dia que aparte de competir, compartimos bastante en lo que nos gusta hacer y a pesar de que no pude clasificar a las siguientes rondas, me gusto mucho a ver participado, y ojala que se vengan mas eventos como este.

The versus competition by modality was a fantastic event, there were many athletes from different states of Venezuela, it was a day that apart from competing, we shared a lot in what we like to do and although I could not qualify for the next rounds, I really liked to see participated, and hopefully more events like this come, with nothing more to say I leave you with the video.
