  • threads & therapy

We don't know what we are doing but we decided to catch up and chat about our new hyperfixation: Threads. Listen in as we just casually chat our thoughts out loud as we go down a few rabbit holes about therapy, gaming and random sociology notes re: Love Island. idk. We just talk.

  • pillow talk @1:27a

You asked for it so we are back, baby! Well… back for a new, UNEDITED episode of Yes. F*ck Yes. Honestly, if we could do this nonstop and get paid, we would be so down. Fr Fr Not to brag but we have seven (7!!) 5-star reviews currently (hell yea, brother) so don’t forget to comment or follow to make our dreams come true :)

Anyways, back to the description. Listen in as we chat about our fav memories as we get sleepy with some pillow talk. Jules is the main character in this episode so hear her unfiltered, unprompted thoughts as our lovers playlist is setting the mood in the background (btw we didn’t even plan the music changing with the topics so check that out!) We had zero bullet points for this so BUCKLE UP, buttercup... This is as up-close-and-personal as it gets while we giggle for about 40 minutes straight.

Side note: This was the easiest episode so this may be the new format going forward. If you like that, let us know 🫶

  • Updatessss

It's been so long, we even forgot how to start recording this episode 🥴 Anyways.. want to know what we've been up to on our lil hiatus? Welp, for one, April has been in "Meta Jail." Grant it, it was only for 30 days.. but we used that excuse to relax... for 3 months lol. We chat about how it happened and the lessons learned from being suspended by Zuck himself (probably), switching from Amazon Prime (F*ck Bezos!) to Costco, our 15hr Thanksgiving roadtrip to DC with the girls, Jules' undying love for Legos and starting our next chapter. But life has sure been life-ing and we wanted to share our important (but laughable) insights from Q4 of 2025.

BTW: we have a new IG account for the podcast since it was permanently deleted so make sure to follow the new one @yfypodcast

We get her to spill all the behind-the-scenes tea on planning weddings that don’t suck the soul out of you, why first looks are important before the “I Do’s”, how to make your day actually yours, and what happens when politics try to crash the party (spoiler: love is still louder).

Listen in as we also discuss our PERFECT (to us) wedding and even reveal the ONE TIME Jules told April “No!”… Insane, right?!

Anyways, if you’re planning a wedding, been to a wedding, or just love messy behind-the-scenes tea, this one’s for you. 🥂

  • TMI: Our Sex Life, Unfiltered AF

We've been asked enough... so let's REALLY talk about sex. Our Sex. Eavesdrop on our wildly unfiltered banter (shout out #LoveIslandUK) on our personal sex life (41yr old April & 28yr old Jules). Consider this the spicy sequel to Episode 3, where we screamed from the rooftops: DO. NOT. F*CKING. FAKE. IT.

Listen in as we learn new things about each other, discuss pillow princesses and why participation trophies don’t belong in the bedroom. We reveal the actual key to mind-blowing sex 🚨Spoiler Alert🚨 It’s being honest and be so f*cking for real about what you like and don’t like. Period.

Also, take a shot every time April mentions pH balance — she was a heterosexual woman for 39 years and has the trauma to prove it. 😂

Got thoughts? Stories? TMI to share? Comment or slide into our DMs on Instagram. We love a good overshare (clearly) 🫶

  • Twitchin' & Bitchin'

    We’re back, baby!

After a little hiatus, we’re catching up on all the things... life, parenting, podcast jitters, and our new Twitch schedule. In this episode, we talk about what it’s like getting back behind the mic, why we decided to twitch, juggling the chaos of adulting, and parenting our wildly entertaining five-year-old (yes, she’s quoting rap songs now). We get into the beauty of celebrating milestones with friends, future family plans, and the simple joy of baseball season. It’s a laid-back, funny, and honest conversation... just the way we like it. Come hang with us on the couch as we bitch about life.

  • [Voice Memo] Ways I Have Changed My Wife's Life

Eavesdrop on our unfiltered, unedited voice memo where we casually yap about all the random (but game-changing) things that transformed Jules’ (28) everyday life. From skincare secrets to kitchen gadgets, we’re name-dropping our faves and spilling every upgrades April has learned/picked up from her mid-20s to my freshly 40s full-on wifey era.

It’s part product recs, part lifestyle glow-up, and all the flirty, chaotic banter between a 41-year-old MILF and her hot 28-year-old wife (descriptions lovingly provided by each other, obviously).

Tune in for all the little upgrades that made a big difference. Let us know if you want links to any product mentioned! DM us on instagram :)

  • Holy Sh*t: Let’s Talk About Religion

In this candid episode featuring Jules, April, and their bestie Allison, the trio discuss the often misunderstood world of religion with a light sprinkle of humor and occasional swearing. They start off because, well... the Pope just died 😔⚰️🕊️ which leads to a discussion about misconceptions, personal experiences, and the evolution of religious thought.

Allison shares her Catholic upbringing and academic background in world religions, shedding light on the significance of figures like the Pope. They touch upon various topics, such as the nature of religious teachings, how religions can feel cultish, the integration of modern issues like LGBTQ+ rights into religious discourse, and the concept of karma in Hinduism. The conversation transitions from historical religious practices to contemporary approaches, with the major takeaway being that respecting everyone’s beliefs while minding one’s own business could go a long way in making the world a more peaceful place.

We’re not here to cancel your god... we’re just asking questions, sharing stories, and reminding you that everything is literally going to be okay.

  • Marriage Hacks So Wild, They Just Might Work

This week, we’re discussing the wild world of relationship hacks... and not the kind that involve communication workshops or couples therapy (yawn 🥱). No, we’re talking real strategies from the internet trenches, courtesy of @thewaywemet, where love gets weird (and hilarious) in the best possible way.

From faking gift cards to Pavlov-style scent conditioning, we break down the clever, chaotic, and slightly concerning ways couples are keeping the spark alive ✨

We share our own takes, some personal stories (of course), discuss which of these hacks might actually fly in our relationships and which ones may destroy us. It’s hilarious. It’s questionable. It’s the DIY marriage counseling episode you didn’t know you needed.

Tune in, laugh hard, and maybe don’t try all of these at home.

  • Parenting & CoParenting

They share personal stories about their own kids, reflect on their relationships with their parents, and even dive into the psychology of Mama’s boys and Daddy’s girls.

Expect laughs, a few wtf moments, and some solid advice on keeping your ego in check, making quality time count, and leading by example whether you're co-parenting like a pro or just trying to survive the next tantrum. Tune in for relatable stories, real talk, and a little reassurance that you’re not in this parenting thing alone.
