“Its okay to be sad about something you thought you healed from” - selfloveblossom
Healing is an entire journey but that doesnt mean you have to go through it alone. Being triggered is one of the many things we as humans have to get through in life and though its never our fault we were traumatized in the way we were, we are responsible to heal ourselves in the ways that work for us. In this episode, we discuss our own personal triggers as well as how we've come to understand them and heal from them. We hope that you are also healing in your own path and hopefully our advice can bring you comfort.
As we're coming to the end of the year, we're reflecting on what we've learned in the 20 something years that we've been alive. There are many lessons that we'll carry on with us as we move forward; from choosing ourselves to practicing gratitude, we share 20 lessons we've learned so far. Can you relate to them? This week's episode, we dive into what success means to us and our path to what being successful is to us now. Growing up as a "good girl" and going through the pressures of failures, can you relate with us on how we feel? We hope that during this time, you are all staying safe and taking care of yourself (as we are currently in a pandemic) and not letting socieities idea of staying productive all the time, get in the way of you getting the rest/mental break you deserve and need.
