----more----We all know how hard it can be to trust other people. But is it any easier to trust yourself? What do you do when faced with challenges? Do you just throw time and unfocused effort at it? Or perhaps you get curious and then allow creativity to step in and get you a different result?
----more----
There will always be too much to do, but we are more capable than we imagine. And if we can be brave and trust ourselves to figure it out, with the resources we have then we can exceed any expectations, including our own.

Here we explore the milestone of feeling solid again. Yes, life is hard and sometimes the work we think we are doing is not what we thought. It is incredible and very needed but not what we thought.
----more----
The only way to get where you want to go is to show up again and again. To keep taking steps forward. The goal may look, feel or even be super far away, but we get there the same way. Step by step.
----more----
You are BRAVE! And you have what it takes to show up for yourself. You have what it takes to keep going and keep doing the work. You have what it takes to be capable of living your dreams. Just keep showing up.

We live on planet Earth, but how much do we pay attention to her and what she can teach us? If we pay attention we can learn so much from the natural world. About how we can and need to operate.
----more----
Join in to talk about seasons, the earth, and what they can teach us if we are brave enough to learn.

What kind of an impact can you have if you are brave enough to put your name in the ring simply? What can you overcome when you have no other choice? ----more----
Today we hear a fantastic brave story that has come full circle from just surviving to thriving and helping others do the same. Paul Deitch Cummings is using his vast experience and desire to help people in a battle against finical illiteracy. ----more----
Come hear the story of an island boy headed into medicine who is now chasing his potential and lifting others in the world of finance. Brave looks like so many things and sometimes we only see it in hindsight. And our road may change but if we let life happen for us we can end up where we can make the biggest impact.

Number one thing that will change your life? The fastest? Would you be surprised to know its gratitude?
----more----
We have all heard about the effects of being grateful, and what it can do for our lives. But when is the last time you actually tried it? Seriously. How are you practicing gratitude in your life?
----more----
This episode was recorded in two parts around a gratitude experiment. Not the first one I have done but the most recent. Why? Because experiences don't keep. If we want continued results we have to continue to take action.

Some day I am going to. . .
----more----
How often do you say this? Do you put things off? Do you not stop because one of these times you are going to take lots of time and do the thing really big?
----more----
Let's talk about this. What happens if we wait for the perfect time to do it all? We end up waiting forever. But what if we decide that instead of trying to do it all, we just do a little piece of it? What kind of amazing life could we have if we started living it just a little at a time?
----more----
Come join the conversation about stopping at the attraction, and living just a half hour at a time.

Where is your comfort zone? Notice I didn’t say happy or fulfilled zone, I said comfort zone because we can be comfortable anywhere. Even in places where we are miserable. Places we hate. How is this? Because even though we are uncomfortable, that discomfort is familiar. We know what to expect even if we don’t like it.
----more----
This week is about those doors we walk through to leave our comfort zone. To leave the familiar for what sets your heart on fire. To stop playing with the door leading back to the known. I give a real-time personal example from my own life. And honestly, this is a bit for me. To hear and know that I am brave enough to walk away for good.
----more----
You are amazing and wonderful and you can also close doors and leave them that way. Come join in the conversation and find your own brave.

Have you ever met someone who inspires you to be a braver version of yourself? A person who doesn’t know you but believes in you so much that you stand taller and reach a little higher? And no matter how much time passes they still have a special place in your heart.
----more----
This week we meet one of those people from my past. A man I met briefly nearly 10 years ago in Grenada. Our interaction was just a short time but I am still inspired every time I think about that experience. It was a transformational day for me and in this episode, we explore the lessons we can all learn from Superman Butterfly.
----more----
It is a fun story from an amazing experience. And the lessons are timeless for everyone. Come be inspired by Superman Butterfly.

Change is really hard. And not everyone around us is supportive of the changes we are trying to make in our lives. But we have to live for us and not for others. Doing that is hard. We are unsure how they will react and so we just don’t tell them. We keep our changes to ourselves and never let those around us know what we are doing.
----more----
There is merit to that. Making changes on our own timetable and not letting others influence those decisions. But sometimes we need to be brave enough to tell those close to us what we are doing. To let our family know what we are working on. Even if it is to get them to stop pushing us in the opposite direction.
----more----
It is scary to live your life the way you want. And it is even scarier to live differently than you always have in full view of those who have been there for the whole thing. Not everyone is going to be supportive of your choice to change, but you are living your life for you. You get to decide just how you want to live and to live that beautiful amazing life whenever and wherever you want.
----more----
So set yourself free and live your life. Be the new you in front of the old crowd. And if they are not loving and supportive, then you know it may be time to find a new crowd. That’s ok too. ----more----

Have you ever had a relationship change? Of course, you have. Do you ever miss the way that it used to be? Find yourself missing that time ten years ago when you were both in the same stage of life.
----more----
This week I talk about exploring some of our other losses that are not death. And acknowledging that we can feel a loss about and around people that are not dead. Or that we still have a relationship with but it has changed.
