As we begin a new study in the book of Philippians, we’ll see that the Apostle Paul encourages us to realize that as believers, we can do all things through Christ who gives us strength.  In this, Paul is writing God’s truth to us.  And when God says we can, then guess what—we can! But what we have to do is believe what God has said and we have to act on it.  We can trust Him to follow through on His promises to us.
