In this episode, we travel back to the days of war to find a lost gem!…”The Whistler”!  This creepy thriller ran from may of 1942 till June of 1955 and featured the best in weird and fascinating terror!  Often their were twist endings or strange occurrences that kept you guessing as to what was really going on.  We present two episodes of this lost gem here for your enjoyment!  Take a moment and travel back to those thrilling days of yesteryear!

Welcome to the show that revisits the glory days of radio!  In here, you will find adventure serials, super heroes, horror, suspense, drama, news reels, and much more!  In our debut we present four episodes of the short lived super hero adventure serial “The Blue Beetle”.  This hero was very similar to Batman and/or the Shadow and was very adept at crime fighting.  The original series only last a few months (May-Sept) one year in the 1940’s and aired twice a week.  It was every bit as good as the other shows at the time but it just didn’t catch on.  Today, DC Comics has taken the hero and made him into something else entirely, and he has gained a solid fan base and appeared in animated versions, as well as games, etc.  The sound quality varies on these old shows, so please bear with us as we strive for the best and deal with the rest.  Now, find a comfy place, get you a nice drink and a snack, and return with us to the radio adventure of yesteryear!
