On this episode, I'm excited to introduce you to my friend Carrie, one of the most inspirational people I've ever met.
Carrie wasn't athletic in school.
She wasn't into sports, and fitness and wellness were not regular topics of thought for her.
But as an adult, she began to recognize a joy deficiency in her life. Something had to change, and she recognized that her mental and physical wellness was a big part of the formula.
She started small, but she started.
She got a Fitbit, and started with about 500 steps a day. Today, she leads 20 members of her Fit Fam crew, and inspires countless others to be their best selves.
