Every decision you make to remove yourself from a toxic situation is pointing you in the right direction. Trust the process. You are going through a process of change within yourself. You are learning how to create a room within yourself for bigger and better things meant to be for you, so as long as you believe that you are deserving of them.

There is a power in saying no because we say the word yes too often. We need to be more selective with what and to who we choose to say yes. We should think strategically and critically about what we're saying yes to. It's time to set limits as not everyone is deserving.

A person needs to be on their own journey to heal themselves, learn how to cope with new people, triggers, and events, and learn how to develop new coping mechanisms. We are all responsible for our own healing and accountability. The decision to remove ourselves from unnecessary heartache and trauma. Doing the inner work and always evolving.
