Cultural values are what make diverse cultures unique. After all, cultural values are principles and values that are passed on generation after generation by our ancestors. In today's episode, I have broken it down into 5 easy concepts (saving face, family loyalty, strong relationships, creating harmony, and obtaining prosperity) to better understand how we communicate and interact with others.

In China, Japan, Korea having tanned skin is associated with your occupation. Only lower-class field workers are tan because they are constantly exposed to the sun and have to work. Having pale skin signified the social prestige of not having to work in the field and relax indoors.
