Like many busy women who balance work and family, Dr.T has always worked to balance her own physical and mental well-being. An experience with hormone imbalance had Dr.T re-thinking her own approach to her life, work and family.

Catherine Uden is the Chair of Surfrider Foundation Broward County Chapter. Surfrider Foundation is a National grassroots organization dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of our beaches and oceans through volunteer led chapters. She is also the South Florida Campaign Organizer for Oceana, an international organization focuses solely on oceans, dedicated to achieving measurable change.

Steve McGrath has had a career as a very successful newspaper editor since 1983. After some dramatic life changes to his family, Steve took these experience’s and created a more positive outlook. It helped him to discover his inner strengths in his personal and family life.

With a passion for well being, Dr. Fishman is also a fitness instructor of Spin and Aqua classes during evening hours.
