1. Short A, O, U
Short A: hat /hæt/(帽子)
A man with a hat is working in a hot hut.
hat, bat, cat, passive, iPad
hot, bought, caught, positive, iPod
hut, butt, cut, puzzle, putt
hat
bat
cat
passive
iPad
hot
bought
caught
positive
iPod
hut
butt
cut
puzzle
putt
A man with a hat is working in a hot hut.
What are you doing?
Give it up
Wait at the bus stop
(Flap T & Drop H)

Practice Makes Perfect is an educational organization(教育団体) that partners with K-12 schools(小中高と協力して) to help students close that achievement(生徒の学力差を縮める) or opportunity gap(教育の機会を平等に). One of the startling statistics(驚くべきデータ) I ran across(私が出会った) says that only 10%(わずか10%) of first-generation college students(家族初の大学進学ケース) graduated over six years(6年かけて卒業). about the Hi Level mindset,
I want to tell you about the original creator
of the Hi Level mindset.
And that’s my mom.
She doesn’t even know it.
My mom had me

She was a single mom
with all the odds stacked against her.
And yet, from an unbiased perspective,
I like to say she did a pretty decent job.
