I’m currently in Sweden, taking part in the international program YIP (Youth Initiative Program) — living and learning together with 33 amazing participants from 18 countries.
This week, I had the chance to sit down with Justas Kučinskas, one of the contributors for Moving in Complexity.

Besides his movement practice and research he is a doctoral student in philosophy and a professional facilitator of group learning processes. I really enjoyed recording this one — hope you’ll enjoy listening too!

This is a one hour guided personal practice designed to awaken the body, increase awareness and build fundamental movement patterns. The practice takes participants on a journey through a specific "arc" of qualities:
Stillness
Softening
Extending
Swinging
Kneeling
The practice has been inspired by and uses many of the elements designed by @fightingmonkey_practice
