So as the summer holidays begin I will be taking a short break from Yogi Breakfast Club. I have lots more exciting guests to come and I cant wait to share the rest of this journey with you. Before I head off on my summer break I wanted to have a recap on the podcasts we have had so far. A huge Thank You to all of the YBC guests so far! Enjoy and I will be back in September!
In Episode 5 I am so excited to be joined on the mat by Bob Insley.
Bob and Be welcomed me into their garden for a 1m+ socially distanced chat. I was captivated by Bobs words and his take on all things Yoga. It was also great to get to know Bobs other interests.
Having been to one of Bob's workshops in the past I was thrilled to have the opportunity to sit down and have such a great discussion with him. He is very popular in the Yoga world and its very clear why, what a love of learning he inspires.
Time flies when you are having fun and we spoke for quite some time, therefore you have an extra treat as this episode will be split over 2 weeks.
I hope you enjoy the episode as much as I enjoyed my time with Bob and Be.
Happy Monday x
In today's episode I have the absolute pleasure of sitting down to chat with Adam, the Founder of Skimmed Milk.
*Please forgive the echo, in lockdown the kids are home, so the only area of peace is the Yoga studio so the sound from me isn't perfect*
It's great to hear from Adam about his journey to starting Skimmed Milk. I loved discovering more about the brand and hearing from the person behind the name.
I was really looking forward to asking one question.. Where did the name come from?

Welcome to Episode 2 of Yogi Breakfast Club!
Today we welcome Nina onto the show. Nina is a Personal Trainer and Doula specialising in all things pregnancy.
It was great to spend some time catching up with Nina and finding out that she has lost of strings to her bow.
Pre warning a couple of swear words, but these conversations are real, so I won't be blocking them out :-)

Good morning and welcome to the first episode of Yogi Breakfast Club!
Today is the first episode, I sat down with Tracy Mead to discuss her Yoga Journey.
We decided to sit down on Mental Health Awareness Week for a very good reason that Tracy will explain.
This episode was recorded over Zoom, and was my first experience of creating a Podcast. Lots learnt from this first episode and I look forward to improving the quality over time.
Enjoy the show.....
