When people say that it is time that our country has the uncomfortable conversations about race in America, affirmative action is on the shortlist of topics that people often don't want to talk about. It is a very divisive topic that is often misunderstood. Today we revisit affirmative action in the context of the recent allegations by the Department of Justice that Yale discriminates against Asian and White students.
