*I invite you to be a little uncomfortable with me; I share some things that will challenge you and that may activate some resistance within you

*“Suffering is born and raised in the gap between what is and what I believe it should have been” - Yaron Etzion; He continues, "What you resist persists. Be available to experience whatever life has to offer. It’s easier to let go. It’s harder to suffer.”

*I am not saying to be complicit or just let harm happen; I’m saying, why would we want to contribute more harmful energy to an already harmful situation

*get curious about how you are showing up and how it affects you which ultimately affects everyone else in the world because whether we like it or not, we are all connected and what we say matters and how we say it matters

*Go the courageous route of love, not the easy route of hate

*This isn’t bypassing or crap positivity; it’s a pivot to a way of existing that helps raise the vibration instead of contributing to the low frequencies of fear, hate, anger, judgment

*love takes courage, hate is easy

*David Hawkins - Power vs Force - high-frequency states / low-frequency states

*We have to do it in a way that is loving because if we continue in this defensive hate-filled way, we’re cooked and I’m not ready to be cooked. I got stuff to do in this lifetime and I believe all of us do. We just need a lot of us to be doing the courageous work of loving

*bell hooks - courageous love 

*move toward acceptance, releasing resistance and control, and allowing life to move through us

*How would it feel to choose acceptance of what is?

*What happens in your body when you become activated by something someone does or says? What does it feel like in your body when you pause before responding or reacting? Is something reflected back to you that you can look at with love? Your habits continue to show up until you make changes. 

*I allow life to move through me without resistance.

*I am safe to release old patterns that no longer serve me.

*I accept this moment as it is.

*Let’s see what happens when we live the belief that love is more powerful than fear and hate. Go team.

Dreams/Creative potential: combining his creativity and running together: an art/running festival; paintbrushes/murals drawing as you are running along a 5k distance, painting what you see in community

You can't force the people around you to be a part of your life.

Being willing to grow and change and releasing others to be on their own journey

Bodywork is the intentional practice of engaging with the body as a sacred vessel for healing, transformation, and energetic alignment. It encompasses a wide range of hands-on and movement-based modalities that aim to release tension, restore balance, and awaken the body's innate intelligence. I experience bodywork as a dialogue between the physical, emotional, and spiritual layers of being. 

I am a channel through which these wisdoms and divinely guided energy flow. During our sessions we notice without judgment and with compassion.

Reiki –  Energy is information that moves. I believe that all healing is self-healing. It originated in Japan and the Japanese word REIKI is translated as universal life-force energy. Rei translates as sacred, soul, spirit, wisdom of the universe. Ki is the life-force energy flowing through every living thing. Reiki is a healing tool and is guided by my Soul/Higher Self, working holistically affecting the physical body, mind, emotions, and spirit, harmonizing the whole. Everything is energy and all energy is interconnected. Reiki is Divinely guided and always works for the highest good. Reiki supports you being involved in your own healing and taking responsibility for your own health and well-being. 

Incorporating myofascial release, acupressure, lymphatic drainage, joint range of motion, cranial therapy, always inviting Reiki
