Today's Promise: Romans 6:3-4

It may seem strange, but according to this promise, you are dead. When you gave your life to Christ and by faith accepted Him as Savior and Lord, you were crucified with Christ. 

Your old life died with Christ on the cross.

Your union with Christ is lived out in water baptism. Your baptism was a symbol of your death in Christ.

Your death in Christ buried your past sins and failures, it opened the doors for your resurrection, and it broke the power of sin in your life.
