I’m Jennifer Tracy- a bereaved mother, trauma survivor, national speaker, and creator of Sacred In Every Season™. In 2004, I buried both my husband and daughter. Eight years later, I underwent brain surgery. And somewhere in between, I rose with nothing but grit, grief, and a story that refused to stay silent.

This podcast was born in The Sacred Middle... those invisible spaces between falling apart and rising again. The spaces no one prepares you for.
