After a lovely summer I’m happy to start up with my podcast again and In this episode of Shift Your Energy, I talk about the transition into autumn or spring, and the common feelings of wanting to achieve more during this time (or any time).

I reflect on my personal journey of balancing achievement with the importance of being present and listening to my emotions. To connect to that feeling of true joy that comes from being enough as you are, without the constant need to achieve. Knowing that you don't have to do something to be someone. You already are someone - You.

I’ll also share some insights on how to embrace moments of stillness and the significance of emotions as guides in your life.
