Raise your hand if you've ever uttered the phrase, "I'm just a cop" or "I'm stuck here at this point," while thinking about what's next?

While I have never said either one of those...I've always been willing to move along when something didn't seem right, including leaving my first department and hearing multiple veteran officers tell me they wish they had my guts to leave, but felt stuck.

I didn't get it at the time...call it young and dumb I guess...but when my career got stripped from me due to an injury, I definitely FELT the, "What do I do now? Being a cop is all I know and want," mindset kick in. Well, after a few years, a LOT of mindset work, and seizing several job opportunities...I realized I am so much more than, "Just a cop," and it is my MISSION to help you see that too!

I am here to help you remember who YOU are/were behind the badge. In this episode I provide you with a few activities to help you look inward and start to REdiscover your identity, REdefine your purpose, and REignite your passions. They do NOT have to be done all at once and I would definitely set a timer to help you stay focused.

We often don't see how our skills from Law Enforcement transfer into another field and that is why I created the 25 Transferable Skills sheet. You may not even realize you have some of these skills, but this sheet will help you see just how many skills you have and provide examples of how/when you used them.
