Patricia shows us a quick, easy, and delicious lemon chicken recipe that will have your friends thinking you've been slaving away in the kitchen for hours. LEMON CHICKEN ONE POT RECIPE INGREDIENTS Very simple 600 g skinless boneless chicken thigh fillet (I use with skin on, bone in).2 garlic cloves, finely chopped1 Knorr Chicken Stock Pot dissolved in 250 ml boiling water1 teaspoon dried oregano or dried thyme1 lemon, sliced80 ml reduced-fat crème fraîche1 teaspoon runny honey METHOD 1. Heat some oil in a saucepan and fry chicken until lightly browned. Add garlic and fry 1 minute.2. Add the stock, herbs and lemon. Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.3. Remove chicken and whisk in crème fraiche & honey. Boil and reduce until slightly thickened.4. Replace chicken and reheat.Serve with cooked pasta or rice or boiled potato and a green salad or veg that you like. Really delicious and thickens nicely with crème fraiche. Reheats well.
