Would you consider the audio edition of Lemons and Lavender to be better than the print version?

No, the book is wonderful, but listening to it made me want to go purchase the print version. There were lots of recipes that I wanted to be able to just glance at and see ingredients--whether for cleaners or food.

Any additional comments?

Again, loved the book! Just was better as print and I've never said that before! 99% of my 'reading' is done with my ears.

It'll get you purring!

Like its companion canine volume, "The Ultimate Cat Lover" is loaded with that one quality that makes or breaks a pet book: heart. Another reviewer described it as "endearing," and I had to laugh and nod at the same time.

Yes, the advice is terrific, as anyone would expect from a team of experts assembled by Gina Spadafori and Dr. Becker. But don't expect this to be a dry or even fluffy collection of helpful hints for cat moms and dads. It's a beautiful collection of stories that will move you, make you smile, and bring tears to your eyes, all while teaching you something important about your feline family members.

A wonderful gift for other cat lovers, and don't forget to buy one for yourself.

Not exactly what .....

This book was not exactly what I thought I was getting. About 2/3 of the book is short stories which were very enjoyable. The rest of the book is vet advice on an array of topics about cats that I already knew, having been a cat lover for 50 yrs. I thought the entire book was going to be the short stories.

I also enjoyed "The Best Experts" Advice for a Happy, Healthy Cat. What the cats have to say about what people do to annoy them was especially helpful.

The pictures in the book are delightful.

I'd say for a cat lover this book is a must read.

I have enjoyed so many of the books written by Gina Spadafori and Dr. Marty Becker and I certainly was glad I bought this one!
