I talk about my own feelings about how my time with football ended and the incredible strength it took for Luck to walk away from the game. She talks about her other job as player for the Kansas City Titans Semi-Pro Football, which is an all female football team. On this episode, I had the opportunity to sit down with Tino Herrera who is in the process of becoming an ordained pastor in the United Methodist church. He talks about the what the process of becoming an ordained pastor looks like and all the work that is needed to be done. He also sheds light about an ongoing debate that is going on in the Methodist church right now regarding the LGBTQ+ community and what could be a revolutionary step on the horizon for the United Methodist Church. #YCMWT

In a little surprise for my best friends, on this episode I sat down with George White and we talked everything that goes into being an engineer. He highlighted the steps that a person needs to take to become an engineer of any kind outside of the military, included an engineer's version of the BAR (which is the test that prospective lawyers have to take before they become full-fledged lawyers.) He also expanded on all the outside factors that affects his job and reflects about the lack of minority representation in the engineering industry and in STEM careers in general, and what is being done to change that. On this episode, I talked with Joe PhiLlips about his path to becoming the IT Director for Kansas City Public Schools. He expands on the important roll that technology now plays in education, including the constant battle against scammers and other dangers, making sure that our students and staff have the best technology possible to both teach and learn. He also expands a little bit about his time in the military and it turns out his is quite the prankster. #YCMWT
