The She Leads Podcast | Rewriting the Rules of Entrepreneurship

You Can Retrain Your Brain, with ST Rappaport of LifePix University

Listen Later

Being aware of your mental strengths and weaknesses is paramount for success. ST Rappaport is the founder of LifePix University where she works as a brain engineer, helping rewire the brains of entrepreneurs and enabling them to accomplish their goals. There are 28 critical thinking skills that every one of us may excel at or have a weakness in, and this determines how our brain operates. Knowing your weaknesses is crucial because it allows you to exercise and improve the skills you are lacking in, or to work with other people who excel in areas that you don't. When you take the time to train your cognitive functioning and learn to utilize a new skill, or work with other people who have them, you begin to see the path to your goals with a new lens, which may be the key to unlocking growth and success in your business. Give yourself permission to ask for help, surround yourself with people who think about things differently, and take the steps you need to enhance your mind!

🤔 You don't have to have ADHD, just a wish to understand how your brain is thinking and a desire to improve it: when you have a big goal, ask yourself what will make it possible. 15:53
❣️ All the questions you're asking yourself and all the answers you're giving yourself are based on 28 strong/weak thinking skills: if you feel like there is something wrong with your brain, it could simply mean that there's a skill your brain hasn't learned yet. 20:33
🔵 You want people who are just one or two steps ahead of you to give you advice so the info is fresh and tangible. 23:07
🪻 ST works with groups, but everyone is split out into solo breakout rooms to do their exercises: There are many different paths to success, and ST created her own. 26:34
