Scars are those marks that are left up on the body to help us remember the cuts and the things that were broken. However the scars that I have do you not have the most thrilling nor sentimental stories attached to them.  There is the head scar from a vent which is left me with a double calic. Then there is cracked ribs from the sliding saddle of a horse. Then there is the inch scar on my shin from a metal chair. And then there is the summer sled accident on the alpine slide. A  person's first kiss can say a lot about a person. My first kiss was a bit later in life and oh  boy did it go from 0 to 60. But I have learned a first kiss in all relationship can tell you a lot about a person, yourself and your relationship with the person. Daniel the smooth driver moving things from the front seat to the back seat. This hot and steamy story takes place in  the hot desert of Arizona. Then there was Everett I honestly don't remember the first time we kissed. Our relationship was short and sweet, all along we were better as friends.  Then there was Felix who was trying to flex in front of everyone. Smooching in  subway. Then there was Allen he was something else which why he gets hid own episode so for his episode go to Episode #1.  Then very shortly after Allen there was Curious George. Curious George  I swear  one minute the Man was great and then the next the man had no idea what he was doing. Curious George  said it was because  he was exploring as he hadn't been with a white girl. Then there was Henry. Henry and I were friends. Henry and I were complete opposites who  came together in  one of the hardest times of my life. One night we came together just a little bit closer than before and just had to admit to ourselves we were more than friends. Then there was Chandler, sweet but psycho Chandler. Chandler was ready the second he saw me to makeup with me, however when he kissed me I was still thinking about Henry. 

We often hear the phrase there are more fish in the sea when we have recently gone through a breakup. The phrase simply means that there are many more people available  to us for a dating or romantic relationship. It is a cliche phrase that is used all too often but is offered to give one hope when it seems that their future is dismal. Coming out of a marriage where I felt unwanted and undesirable in my late twenties I thought I wouldn't find someone wanting to date me.  I got on all the dating apps and thought there has gotta be someone out there for me, I mean there truly is more fish in the sea. However the first fish that I caught was not as great as it first seemed it was a catfish. 

People often say when high school or college that these are the best days of your life, and I agree with that. I loved high school and I absolutely loved college. However as my college era was coming to an end things got a little complicated. Just six short weeks before I was scheduled to graduate my life flipped upside down. I always wanted someone to have a crush on me and profess their love to me. But I guess I should’ve been a little bit more specific in what I wanted because I got that but it certainly was not what I wanted.

Dating is never fun. It is complicated. There are always lots of emotions. You are never quite sure what the other person is thinking or how they are feeling. You are constantly wondering, how the other person feels or what it is that they are thinking. Well when you are kissing, they are choking you or they are crying their emotions become a lot more clear. 

When you start out in a relationship, or truly not even a relationship just the talking phase everything seems to be perfect. Mostly because you’re wearing your rose colored glasses and there is the excitement and the joy in just talking to someone you like and who likes you back. It is even more exciting if this is following a toxic relationship. This episode it’s all about a sweet but oh so psycho guy who I got caught up with because I had the rose colored glasses on and I’m simply caught up in the excitement of having someone who likes me. At first it was all sweet with the gifts and the conversations. But looking back I realized what I thought was sweet was probably all along just a little bit psycho

There are some people who just have more frequent interactions with doctors. I am one of those people I have  some illnesses and just certain tendencies where I end up at the doctors office or the hospital more often than others. One evening while attending college, what I thought would be a simple in and out visit to the ER turned into a much more eventful night. Between the slight dis from the doctor, the unexpected visit from my roommate and the blood oh the blood.

The why behind the YCMTCU. 
My whole life I have told stories to family and friends about things that are going on in my life and they have told me to write a book or start a blog. The things that have happened to me are sometimes almost too crazy and seem to be unbelievable. But I promise, you can't make this crap up. 2020 was a rough year for me, like it was for many people. I lost my two part time jobs while going to school. School was no longer in person, my internship was no longer in person. I was isolated from co workers and colleagues. I was in a toxic relationship which I finally left on May 1, 2020. So today May 1, 2021 is the release date for the podcast because I have come a long way in just one year. No matter how crazy life is there is always a reason to smile.
