  • "I Spent $200 on Our First Date and She Ghosted Me! Is It Because I Asked for a Receipt?"
Here's who I'm giving REAL dating advice for men to in this episode:
    - A guy who is being pursued by a girl that may or may not be ugly.
    - A guy whose long-distance girlfriend won't come visit him over the summer.
    - A guy that's more worried about if girls think he's cheap by asking for a receipt on dates rather than realizing $200 is way too much to pay for a date.
    - A guy whose wife is a stay-at-home-mom but he does 80% of the housework, AND she's pissed that he plays video games.
    - For the first time, a guy who I'm PRAISING on how he reacted when his girlfriend said she wanted a month-long break.

    Dating lessons from this episode:
    1. If a woman gives you her Instagram through a friend and you are not interested, you do not owe her a response. The cleanest move is usually to do nothing. If you never asked for her contact information and do not want to pursue her, you can simply not message her and let the situation end on its own.
    2. Do not switch gyms just because rejecting a woman feels awkward. If a girl at the gym likes you and you do not feel the same way, that is more awkward for her than it is for you. Stay at your gym, keep your routine, and do not overreact to a situation that will probably fade quickly.
    3. Texting another girl does not mean you should ignore every new option. Unless you are in a real relationship, texting one woman does not make you unavailable. If another attractive woman shows interest, you can still pursue it if you want to.
    4. If your long-distance girlfriend says she cannot afford to visit but spends money going out, she probably does not want to visit badly enough. People often claim they have no money for travel while still spending on nights out, shopping, food, and drinks. If she wanted to see you enough, she would likely find a way.
    5. A brand-new long-distance relationship does not need constant travel to survive. If you have only been dating for a month and will be apart for the summer, it may be better to meet once in the middle or simply reconnect when she returns. Do not overinvest in flights and visits before the relationship is actually solid.
    6. Do not spend $100 or $200 on early dinner dates. The receipt is not the real problem; the expensive date is. Keep first dates cheap, casual, and within an amount you are comfortable losing if she ghosts afterward.
    7. Get women to pay their share on early dates. Paying for everything can leave you annoyed if she does not come home with you, does not thank you, or never sees you again. Splitting the bill protects your money and keeps you from feeling used.
    8. A wife should not control your harmless hobbies when your responsibilities are handled. If you make the money, prioritize your family, and only play video games during free time, your wife should not treat your hobby like a childish problem. A relationship should not require giving up normal downtime just because she disapproves.
    9. If your stay-at-home wife makes you do most of the housework, the relationship dynamic is broken. A man who works, supports the family financially, and still does most of the chores is being walked over. You need to stand up for yourself before the imbalance becomes permanent.
    10. If a woman asks for a month-long break, treat it as a breakup. Serious relationships do not get paused whenever life becomes stressful. If she wants space for a month, end it cleanly instead of waiting around while she decides whether she still wants you.

Here's who I'm giving REAL dating advice for men to in this episode:
    - A guy who spent 10 hours with a girl but wouldn't even kiss her because he thinks he'd be an asshole if he did.
    - Another guy in his 30s who is fed up with dating apps, but at least he's in therapy.
    - A guy whose girlfriend makes delicious food but he's afraid of being called a misogynist by asking for more.
    - A 23-year-old guy who wants to know if it's okay to date a senior citizen.
    - A guy freaking out because he liked his co-worker's Tinder profile.
    - A guy who gets an erection whenever he holds hands, but also doesn't wanna have sex.

    Dating lessons from this episode:
    1. If you suck at flirting, the real issue may be that you are not making moves. Compliments, jokes, and teasing are useful, but they are not the same as breaking the touch barrier, going for the kiss, or escalating physically. If women are telling you they had a great time but only felt friendly vibes, you need to start leading.
    2. Being too respectful can hurt your dating life if it stops you from acting. Trying not to be an asshole is fine, but using respect as an excuse to avoid rejection will make women lose interest. Making a move is not wrong if you act decently and stop when she is not into it.
    3. Most of the time, the man has to make the first move. It is easy when a woman gives you an obvious green light, but you cannot depend on that. If you want the kiss, the sex, or the relationship to progress, you need to take the risk and lead.
    4. Do not ask “is this okay?” every time you touch or kiss a woman. Asking can kill the moment and make the interaction feel awkward. Read the situation, make the move, and let her tell you if she does not want it.
    5. Dating apps are frustrating for most men, even when they put in effort. Thoughtful messages, witty openers, and good profiles still often lead to one-word replies, ghosting, or silence. This is normal on dating apps, so do not assume every bad interaction means something is wrong with you.
    6. Do not build emotional connections over dating apps before meeting. Apps should be used to create a basic conversation and set up a date, not to develop deep attachment through texting. Ask her out sooner so you can find out whether she is actually willing to meet.
    7. If dating apps feel exhausting, approach women in real life. Cold approach gives you face-to-face interaction and breaks the repetitive cycle of swiping, matching, texting, and getting ghosted. Even one real conversation can feel more useful than another week of app messages.
    8. Wanting your girlfriend to cook for you is not misogynistic. If she makes great food and you want more, just ask. A girlfriend who likes you may enjoy doing something that makes you happy, especially if you help by buying the ingredients.
    9. Dating a woman more than twice your age can be fun, but do not pretend it is a normal long-term plan. If you are 23 and she is 50, short-term sex or companionship may be fine, but marriage, kids, and long-term life stages are a serious problem. Think clearly about whether older women are truly what you want or just easier than younger women.
    10. Getting an erection while holding hands is normal, but do not pretend you are not sexual. If a woman turns you on, your body may react, especially when you are young or inexperienced. Do not panic if she notices, and do not hide behind “I just want to get to know her” when you clearly want her sexually.

  • "I Need to Pay a Girl to Cuddle Me...Will My Future Girlfriend Find Out I'm a Loser?"
Here's who I'm giving REAL dating advice for men to in this episode:
-A guy wondering if it's okay to dump a girl if she won't meet up with him.
-A desperate, nearly-hopeless guy who wants to pay for a girl to cuddle him instead of finding one that actually likes him.
-A guy who was paying for prostitution but was too dumb to realize it.
-A 20-year-old dude who doesn't wanna get roped into marriage.

    Dating lessons from this episode:
    1. If a woman is too busy to see you, do not send a dramatic breakup message. If she has only hung out once in six weeks and barely texts, she has already shown where you stand. You do not need to announce that it is not working; just stop investing and let it fade.
    2. Do not put your dating life on hold for one unavailable woman. If she is busy, distant, or only half-interested, keep meeting other women. You can keep her lightly on your radar, but you should not wait around hoping her schedule or interest suddenly changes.
    3. A woman who really likes you will usually make time to see you. School, work, and life can be busy, but one meetup in six weeks is not a good sign. If she wanted to prioritize you, she would probably find a way.
    4. Using a cuddling service is a major dating red flag. Wanting affection is normal, but paying a woman to cuddle you is not the answer. Do not go down the path of paying for women’s time when what you really need is a better dating life.
    5. Do not pay women for emotional comfort or physical affection. Hugging, cuddling, sex, and companionship should come from real dating, not a paid service. Have enough self-respect to go meet women instead of buying fake intimacy.
    6. If a woman asks for money early in dating, you are creating the wrong relationship dynamic. Giving money to show you care teaches her that your role is financial support. If the relationship starts with you paying for skincare, merch, trips, dates, and requests, do not be surprised when she expects more.
    7. A woman who requires financial support while dating is treating the relationship like a transaction. If she says it is her standard for men to financially support her, that is not normal dating. That is a girlfriend-experience arrangement, and you should not confuse it with genuine interest.
    8. Do not lead with money if you want a woman to like you for you. Paying for everything and handing out cash can attract women who care more about what you provide than who you are. Keep early dates cheap, split costs, and avoid setting the expectation that access to you comes with payments.
    9. If you do not see yourself marrying your girlfriend, stop wasting her time. If she wants marriage and kids and you already know you do not want that future with her, you need to be honest. Staying because you care about her only delays the pain and makes the eventual breakup worse.
    10. At 20 years old, you should not force yourself into marriage plans you do not want. If you feel too young or cannot picture proposing, listen to that instinct. End it now or clearly tell her where you stand so she can decide whether she wants to keep dating you.

Here's who I'm giving REAL dating advice for men to in this episode:
    - A guy with the phone number of a girl he met at a party but doesn't know if it's okay to text her.
    - A guy who wants to kick his useless girlfriend out of his mom's house.
    - A college student feeling underappreciated because he takes his girlfriend to restaurants he can't afford and pays the bill.
    - A feminine guy who can't get girls out on second dates.
    - A guy who got broken up with because he's "too nice" and has now wasted his money on a trip.

    Dating lessons from this episode:
    1. If you meet a girl at a party and have her number from a group chat, send the message. You do not need to overthink whether she gave you the number directly if everyone agreed to be in the same WhatsApp group. Keep the message simple, respectful, and something you would not be embarrassed for other people to see.
    2. Whether a message feels creepy depends mostly on whether the girl likes you. If she is interested, she will probably be happy you reached out. If she is not interested, she may call it creepy, but that does not mean you did anything wrong.
    3. If you want to get your girlfriend out of your mom’s house, you need to break up with her. A relationship that moves backward from living together to not living together is usually already over. If she refuses to leave, cries, begs, and manipulates you into keeping her there, the problem is bigger than housing.
    4. Do not spend your early twenties trapped in a dysfunctional relationship. If you have spent your entire adult life with a lazy, unstable girlfriend who cannot keep a job or take care of herself, leave. You need to find new women instead of dragging out an on-and-off relationship that is clearly not working.
    5. If your girlfriend does nothing for you, stop blaming her for a dynamic you created. If you pay for every date, buy flowers constantly, bring food for her family, and never ask for anything back, she may assume you are fine with it. Talk to her directly and stop giving more than you can afford.
    6. Ask your girlfriend to do specific things for you instead of silently resenting her. If you want effort, affection, or reciprocity, make a clear request. Ask her to cook for you, plan something, or contribute in a way that shows whether she actually cares.
    7. If you never get a second date, the first date probably is not creating enough attraction. Talking about work, family, and safe topics can feel pleasant but still fail to build sexual interest. A date can seem friendly and comfortable while the woman feels nothing romantic.
    8. Do not text “I had a great time” right after every first date. Sending a needy check-in message can remove mystery and make you look too eager. Let her wonder a little, and if she messages first, then reply.
    9. If your dates feel boring, ask more interesting questions. Instead of only talking about work, family, and surface-level topics, bring up more revealing subjects like past relationships, breakups, and what she is actually like. Better questions create more memorable dates.
    10. Do not book trips far in advance with a woman you have only dated for a few months. A new relationship can change quickly, and booking a weekend away four weeks out can leave you wasting money if she ends things. If you want to travel early, plan something close in time and make sure she pays her share.

  • "I Did Her Laundry and Cleaned Her Room...How Could She Break Up With Me!?"

    - A guy who feels it's important that girls reach to pay the bill on the first date.
    - A guy who can't believe girls still don't like him after he took dancing classes and speech lessons.
    - A guy who thought doing his girlfriend's chores would build a healthy relationship.

    Dating lessons from this episode:
    1. If you always pay on dates, women can start treating you like a wallet. Paying for everything from the beginning can train a woman to expect your money instead of appreciating it. If you do not want that dynamic, establish early that she should contribute.
    2. Split the bill on the first date to set the right relationship dynamic. The first date is where you teach a woman what to expect from you. If you pay automatically, you may create entitlement; if you ask her to split, you set a healthier standard from the beginning.
    3. Do not join hobbies or classes just to meet women. Dancing classes, speech lessons, social clubs, and hobby groups are not magic dating solutions. If you genuinely want to do them, fine, but do not pretend they are the best way to get girls.
    4. Focusing on yourself will not make women fall into your lap. Self-improvement is useful for life, money, health, and confidence, but it does not replace action. If you want women, you need to go talk to them instead of waiting for someone nice to appear.
    5. Dating apps can stay in the background, but real-life approaching should be the main strategy. Apps may occasionally produce dates, but they should not be your only pipeline. Walk around, go to malls, talk to cute women, and create opportunities directly.
    6. You do not need a socially approved setting to approach a woman. If you see a woman you find attractive in public, you can talk to her. You do not need a class, singles event, or blind date setup to make the interaction acceptable.
    7. Most dating advice about joining social events wastes men’s time. Many men spend years trying the standard advice and still get nowhere. Skip the overcomplicated route and focus on the direct one: approach women you actually want.
    8. Doing your girlfriend’s laundry and cleaning her room does not build attraction. Acting like her servant will not make her love or respect you more. If anything, it weakens the relationship dynamic and makes you look less like the man in the relationship.
    9. Do not worship your girlfriend and then complain that she expects worship. If you drive hours, buy everything, clean for her, massage her, reassure her constantly, and cut off friends for her, you are creating the exact entitlement you resent. Stop overgiving and start having self-respect.
    10. If your girlfriend vents about problems only a therapist could handle, do not make that your role. Being supportive is one thing, but becoming her emotional dumping ground while also doing everything for her is a bad relationship dynamic. Do not date mental chaos and then wonder why the relationship feels impossible.

    - A guy who wants to break up with an incredible girl because he's not into her "romantically."

    Dating lessons from this episode:
    1. Do not give a girl a note if you can just talk to her. If you see the same girl every week and want to meet her, go up and start a real conversation. A face-to-face approach is stronger, less strange, and more effective than handing her a written message as she walks by.
    2. Compliment her style in person instead of hiding behind a note. If her outfits are what caught your attention, use that as the opener. Tell her you like her style, have a short conversation, get her name, and then ask for her number.
    3. If you want to dump a girl who did nothing wrong, just do it cleanly. Breakups hurt, even when the other person is sweet and caring. There is no perfect way to end things without pain, so do not overcomplicate it if you truly do not want her in your life.
    4. Do not break up with a good girl before you have another one lined up. If she treats you well, likes you, and is having sex with you, do not throw that away too quickly. Keep her around while you look for someone you actually feel more strongly about.
    5. Girls are like jobs: do not quit one before you have another lined up. Being single and sexless for months can happen if you dump a decent girl too early. If the relationship is not terrible, stay practical and avoid creating a dry spell for yourself.
    6. Asking out a coworker is not a disaster if she says no. If you ask her to lunch and she says she has a boyfriend, accept it and move on. The situation only becomes awkward if you act awkward afterward.
    7. Own the fact that asking her to lunch was asking her on a date. Do not hide behind “it was just lunch” when you were interested in her romantically. You took a shot, she rejected it, and that is still better than never trying.
    8. If a woman keeps forgetting her wallet, asking for money, and getting cold when you stop paying, she wants your money. The pattern is obvious: dinners, coffee, trips, rent, car bills, and phone bills all becoming your responsibility means she sees you as a provider, not a boyfriend.
    9. Do not train a woman to expect your money from the beginning. If you pay for everything early, give her cash, and cover every “emergency,” you create the dynamic that later makes you feel used. Split early dates and make sure she contributes before the habit forms.
    10. If splitting the bill turns her off, that is a good filter. A woman who disappears because she had to pay her share was never worth keeping. Most decent women will be fine contributing, and the ones who are not should remove themselves quickly.

    Dating lessons from this episode:
    1. Meeting women in real life still works if you stop waiting for perfect social settings. Bars, clubs, running groups, and speed dating events are not the only places to meet women. If you see a cute girl at the bank, on the street, at the mall, or anywhere else, go talk to her.
    2. Do not use empty social events as proof that real-life dating is dead. The problem is not that meeting women in person no longer works; the problem is relying on the wrong places. You do not need a formal event to approach a woman.
    3. Dating apps can stay in your life, but they should not replace approaching women. Apps can be frustrating, but you can still use them passively while also creating real-life opportunities. Go outside, walk around, and talk to women when you see them.
    4. If the date is still on, stop panicking about one awkward text. Saying something slightly too eager does not mean you need to go quiet, cancel, or start overthinking. If she is still willing to meet you, just go on the date.
    5. Do not turn a small texting mistake into a reason to sabotage the date. Most messages are not as serious as they feel in your head. If you said something imperfect but the plan is still alive, relax and follow through.
    6. If you are inexperienced in bed, learn the basic progression before the moment happens. If multiple women have left once things got sexual, something is seriously wrong with how you are handling escalation. You need to understand foreplay, confidence, and the normal flow of sex before you keep repeating the same failure.
    7. Being 26 does not mean you need to start dating single mothers. There is no age in your twenties where single mothers become your required dating pool. If you are not into single moms, do not talk yourself into dating them because of low confidence.
    8. Do not ask women about exclusivity after six dates. Bringing up exclusivity, monogamy, and “where this is going” too early makes you look weak and overinvested. Keep things vague, keep dating, and let the situation develop without forcing a serious conversation.
    9. If a woman tells you she has multiple active sex partners, end it if that turns you off. You do not need to judge her, argue, or process it for days. If knowing she is sleeping with other men ruins your interest, walk away.
    10. If you like a girl at work and you are leaving the job soon, ask her out. Do not avoid the move just because she might feel uncomfortable. You are leaving anyway, so take the shot and accept the answer.

    Dating lessons from this episode:
    1. If you are an older virgin, do not tell women that you are a virgin. Once you are past the age where virginity is normal, admitting it can make women uncomfortable and hurt your chances. If a woman asks directly, say no and keep the conversation moving.
    2. Do not use therapy and mental health as excuses for why you have no dating experience. Focusing on education, career, and mental health does not explain why you never pursued sex or dating. If you want women, you need to stop sounding defeated and start acting.
    3. Dating younger women in your twenties is normal. If you are 24 or 25 and getting attention from 19- to 22-year-old women, that is not a serious age gap. Stop feeling guilty and date the women who are actually interested in you.
    4. Do not reject younger women just because women your own age are not matching with you. If younger girls like you and women your age do not, use the opportunities you have. A five-year age gap in your twenties is not a problem.
    5. Do not give up on dating just because apps and approaches are frustrating. Getting catfished, ghosted, stood up, or ignored happens to many men. Dating is difficult, but quitting at 30 guarantees you get nothing.
    6. If women keep ghosting you, look at what you are doing wrong on dates. If almost every woman disappears after meeting or talking to you, something in your presentation, conversation, or behavior may be turning them off. Change the way you date instead of assuming the right woman does not exist.
    7. Approaching women in real life requires accepting rejection. Some women will look annoyed, ignore you, or make you feel unwanted. That is part of the process, and it gets easier once you keep approaching and start getting positive reactions too.
    8. If women keep saying there is no spark, stop going slow. “No romantic spark” usually means she does not feel attraction. If you are dating adult women, especially women in their forties, do not waste time taking things slowly when you should be escalating.
    9. A woman staying at a male friend’s house for the weekend is not acceptable in a relationship. It does not matter how long they have been friends. If she wants to spend the night at another man’s place, tell her no or end the relationship.
    10. Setting boundaries is not controlling if you are willing to walk away. You are not forcing her to do anything by saying you will not stay in the relationship if she visits another man overnight. She can make her choice, and you can make yours.
