It was one of Elaine's first glimpses of political satire, and it holds a special place in her heart for that. Will neophytes Tom and Eric understand?

Tocarra Mallard shows Tom and Eric the weird world of We're Back, a 90s animated movie nominally about dinosaurs but actually about a spooky juggalo circus and little kids being way too sexual with each other. Tocarra makes connections that span all of the 90s animated world. Eric says "Rock a Doodle Doo" better than anyone before or since. Tom gives his respect to the Zondags.
