Aja and I thought it would be nice to kick off the new year with a free flowing, improvised music jam. The intention isn't to sound good, or to perform, but rather to let the music flow freely out of you. Whether you deem yourself to be a musician or not, you can simply let the music dance in your surroundings. You can dance around, you can relax and meditate, you can drum along, sing whatever wants to come out, have fun, play, be silly, be free, be weird, whatever it may be, this is really just about connection and creating a sense of freedom within yourself through sound and vibration.

So... Here we go, again, sort of. For those of you that saw my departure from instagram, I've decided to leave most of the social media platforms as I focus more on in person stuff, and really just living life, writing books, hosting people at my home and such. My partner Aja and I thought it would be interesting to record ourselves improvising music live and sharing it with anyone that wants to listen/join along. Music is my first and second language, english a distant third... Music goes right to the soul, it hits you in the heart, we are all born with the gift of music and we want to share some inspiration around music, creating a free and open space to explore your voice and musical gifts (whether you think you have any or not...). 

Alright, here goes something, or nothing, either way, let the music take you where you want to go.

A little tune I started writing today, figured I'd share in its infancy to remind you that all art is impermanent. In other "news" I wrote a book, though it's really more of a tool to help you break out of the false self that holds you back so you can live in truth and the fullness of who you are. The last three months have been wild, intense and in some cases scary, from finishing my new book, to going through a big health scare,  divorce, and more. And yet I wouldn't change it for a thing. To life!
