Surprise! Bonus episode! What better person for the bonus episode than our guest Real Andrews. You may recognize Real from General Hospital as LT. Taggert, Soldier of Fortune, and so much more as he is recognized as an Emmy Award Actor. There is no filter with Real as he is open and honest with Shannon about his journey with Bi-Polar Manic 2 disorder. Real opens up about the struggles he faced battling addiction, being diagnosed with a mental illness, the strain on his personal relationships, and the unfortunate loss of those close to him who were struggling too. Shannon and Real share their stories of how their loved ones inspired them both to make their change. While on the journey to live a happier and healthier life, Real reveals how he worked with his doctors and was able to find a holistic approach for treating his mental illness and the importance of his strict physical routine. Similar to Shannon’s interview with Dr. Lauren Cook, Real also highly recommends the Amare Global products for natural supplements to better our health.
**While Shannon and Real share the success they have had with being prescribed natural supplements, they are not recommending this for you if you are struggling. Both Shannon and real were prescribed this method by their doctors. You should always consult with a licensed professional to find the best treatment course for you.
Real understands that everyone’s journey needs to happen in their own time and he stresses the importance of being the support that people can turn to when they are ready. Hoping to be that for others, Real is passionate about coaching others and helping them to embrace their inner champion.
Before starting today’s episode, Shannon shares an update on an exciting event coming up in her life and the comical start of her interview with Real Andrews. Once again, Shannon’s fur babies had to make a special appearance.

Why are we the way we are today? Why do we handle conflict the way we do, treat relationships the way we do, and view ourselves the way we do? Well, most of these feelings and responses stem from our childhood.
