Dr. Shepard is open about her personal experience battling mental health challenges as she has struggled with anxiety, depression, and OCD. She has sought treatment through therapy and has found that these experiences allow her to really understand and connect with her patients. Lindsay Fleming is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a platform of nearly a half million followers on social media. She is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults.
