With the Sweet Adelines International Convention looming, the 2005 Young Women in Harmony Champions (formerly UnderAge) LoveNotes join us as Region 12 Champions and representatives in the "Grown Up Girls'" contest. Bob Hartley joins Brian this week as a Guest Host.

One of the most active members of the youth movement within our Society is the director of Westminster, Justin Miller. Coming from barbershop royalty, Miller shares with Mike and Brian the birth of Westminster, their methods of running the chapter, the successes and failures in the past and where they are going in the future.

After a month long hiatus, Mike and Brian are back with a fantastic interview with multi-gold medalist Debbie Cleveland.
