Stop throwing stuff to the wall to see what sticks and check out these two tips that can help move you forward.
Here are just a few things she's discussing in this episode!
Make sure your internships, volunteer experience or part-time job is in your desired field. Even if it's an unpaid internship if it pushes you closer to your desired outcome then go for it! What you do now is setting you up for where you'll be 3-5 years from now, remember that in your decision.
Stop applying to 100 jobs per day, this is not a great method. You need to really spend time cultivating and personalizing your resume/cover letter to positions that you actually want. Remember that this is setting you up for where you'll be in the next few years. Be intentional.Take these tips and use them! Good luck on your job search!
