Adam Wells is a former NHL Zamboni driver turned personal development coach. Adam leads with mindset & lifestyle. In his early twenties Adam was falsely diagnosed with HIV and lived with the diagnosis for a little over two years. Adam had to choose between giving in to hopelessness and depression or facing his adversity head on. Never one to back down, Adam chose to face his fears and to strengthen his mind and body. After countless blood labs, something wasn’t adding up. From the very onset of his diagnosis every test came back with undetectable levels of the virus.

Adam was in peak physical condition. His doctors had a molecular blood test done at the Canadian National Microbiology Laboratory, the conclusion was clear; All serological and molecular testing was negative. Adam had been falsely diagnosed. Adam’s road in life forced him to face his adversity head on and to develop a shatterproof mindset. Adam uses daily disciplines including fitness to help his clients develop strong bodies and shatterproof mindsets of their own
