Sometimes it can be overwhelming to know where to begin. But it’s always good to break things back to the basics. In this episode I dive into some of the first steps you should be taking.
The first thing I always recommend doing is beginning to remove your inflammatory foods. This doesn’t have to be done all at once, but I do recommend choosing a couple to start off with. Also we should question the supplements we are taking. We shouldn’t be constantly popping supplements, because they are as their name implies, only meant to be used as a supplement to a healthy diet.
And the last thing I go over, which is super important, is our mental well being, and taking time for ourselves, connecting with our thoughts, and finding some type of activity that reduces stress and brings release for us.

🍍 Anything written or said about health and diet are my opinions, that I have formed over the years, through trial and error, study, reading, listening and observing. What worked for me, may not work for you. I am not a doctor, nutritionist or dietician and all medical advice should be gotten from a qualified professional. Product recommendations are based on what I used during my infertility journey or wish I had.
