She has spoken and ministered prophetically in conferences both nationally and internationally. She communicates with depth, passion, and knowledge of the Word.​​

Carol Ball is ordained with Elim Fellowship of Lima, New York. She co-foundedand served as co-senior pastor of Lighthouse Community Fellowship, (currently named Freedom Life) in South Butler, NY along with her husband, Chris for 27years.She has served Elim Fellowship since 1998 in various leadership roles including the Syracuse Area Women’s Representative, the Women’s Representative for the Central New York Region, a member of the national Women’s Department lead team. In February 2013 she accepted the position of Director and continues to serve in that role today.

Carol is also the founder and director of MADE MVMT, a ministry that encourages and empowers next generation women in ministry. In 2019 Carol became an Elim Fellowship assistant USM director and continues to serve in that position encouraging both men and women to lead with confidence.
