  • 20 - my current favourite mood boosters

In this week's episode, I share with you guys my ten current favourite mood boosters. These are almost like a first aid kit for when I can feel myself starting to get down or anxious or overwhelmed. I note them down so that I remember what has and does make me feel good and 99% of the time, even if it's just by a fraction, they do brighten up my mood just that little bit more. Let me know if you also have a set of mood boosters! Find me on @urbigsistasha (instagram), @tashakarina (YouTube) and @thespiltmilkuk / thespiltmilk.co.uk (my small biz).

  • 19 - comparison is the thief of joy

In this week's episode, I present to you one of the most over used (well deserved to be) phrases out there at the moment - COMPARISON IS THE THIEF OF JOY! Especially with the growing amount of social media apps that are shoved in our faces all day, err day - I discuss some ways to help navigate using these without it totally consuming you and encouraging anxious or insecure emotions. I know, it's easier said than done but personally, I found myself feeling anxious and just worse after scrolling through social media and some of the things I share with you in this episode has really helped me form a healthier relationship when it comes to not comparing myself to others may it be online or in real life. Let me know if social media has or does make you feel this way too at times!

  • 18 - a little bit about self awareness and a lot about accountability

In this week's episode, I talk about what accountability is and why it is so important! I believe it's a fundamental factor in creating healthy and worthwhile relationships. We also touch on self awareness - how to be and why lack of could really stink a person up. Remember, it's not about critiquing and being hard on yourself all the damn time. Instead, it's about allowing yourself the ability to know when you are in the wrong as well as when you are in the right! • 15 - Season Finale! 2021 recap and my resolutions for 2022

As if it's the week of Christmas already! I hope you're all feeling that festive holiday spirit, though with the whole *pandemic* it's put a little bit of a downer on my Christmas but we move.

This week's episode is all about the year that was 2021 and my recap of it. I'm sure I can speak for everybody when I say that this year was weird and different and all types of hectic. But I can't help but just try and be hopeful for the new year ahead. If like me, you love resolutions then I share with you my ten for next year which might seem like a lot but I think they're okay and if I don't achieve some of them, they can just roll over to the year after :)

  • 13. (Big Ol' Tips) How to have a STRESS FREE Festive Season!

We're halfway through November and if anyone thinks it's too early to talk about Christmas, I will personally come and fight you xo Just kidding, but last year was so terrible in that we didn't know if we could celebrate with our loved ones and there were no lights to be seen and no mulled wines to be enjoyed with friends, that we decided to just prolong this year's festivities to make up for it.

But don't get it twisted, as much as I love Christmas, I also know that it is one of, if not, THE MOST STRESSFUL EVENT IN ANYBODY'S SOCIAL CALENDAR. But there are a few things you can do to help ease the stress and that is exactly what we are talking about in this episode. It is also the first of my new mini-series, BIG OL' TIPS, where I will be sharing some big sis tips in a quick fire top 5 kinda way.

  • 12. Dear 27 year old me, you're in for a ride!
Before anything, my apologies for going MIA on you guys again. Some things came up and I had to prioritise myself, so that I can truly give this podcast my all. But I am back and I'm most def better!
This week, you might be wondering why I have uploaded on a Monday when it's Wednesdays that we listen to YBST?! Well on the date of upload (25th Oct), it will be my 28th birthday. So I thought to make it a little different and special, this episode will be a message to 26 year old Tasha at 11:59pm waiting to turn 27. Just a couple of tips and heads ups for the year ahead. Also, this was an amazing reflection exercise so whether you have a podcast or not, try checking in on yourself every birthday to see your progress and your growth :)
Fun fact - idk if this is a fact but I am a Scorpio!
