Find that balance between "being" and "doing".
The key takeaways:How we treat ourselves is an indicator of how we allow other people to treat us.
Our society places a lot of worth on “doing”, but you have to find the balance with “being”.
Visualisation is a way to foster innovation because when you consistently visualize something which is not your reality, and you’re simultaneously experiencing the reality, you open up the filters in your mind to look for the information that will close the gap. It’s giving you the impetus for action.
We make up stories that everything is the most important thing. And we also make up stories that there is no one else who can do anything the way that we do it. And that means that it’s not right or not good enough. Those are really exhausting thoughts. And they’re not true.
Incremental change is what helps us build trust in ourselves. Small, manageable wins are the thing. Self-care is not about obligations or making drastic transformations.
Self-care and self-love have the capacity to shift everything in your life because when you can get to that place of loving and honouring yourself, it impacts self-belief, self-worth, self-confidence. It helps you show up differently, whether it’s as a partner, as a leader in your business, as a mother, as a father, as a sister…

If you want to build an ultra-loyal tribe and business this world NEEDS... be yourself!
The key takeaways:We all make up these little stories about why we can’t do things, from not being able to go backpacking to not being able to wear hats. When you declutter these beliefs you’ll feel so much better. You’ll also be able to apply that little change to something a lot bigger.
There is power in anonymity. So many people moan that nobody is engaging with their content yet, but that’s your opportunity to experiment, and try things out and figure out what you like sharing.
There are so many bloggers now that it’s really hard to stand out. The way you do it is by allowing your readers into your life. You can’t just comment on other stuff, you need to give people a window into how it affects you. A lot of people think their stories have to be these big, enlightening, empowering moments, but that’s not the case.
Everybody seems to be broadcasting right now. Everyone is starting a conversation and nobody is coming in to finish it. Asking for feedback and then engaging with those opinions will get you far.

Layer up your productivity hacks and supercharge your focus!
The key takeaways:The endless search for productivity is your mind’s way of conning you into believing that you’re doing something worthwhile. In reality, you’ve just tapped into a “legitimate” source of procrastination.
Taking on different productivity hacks can make you far less productive if they contradict each other.
My signature (swiped) method for maximum productivity looks like this >> Step 1. Schedule in blocks of time to focus on my work. Step 2. Fill that big block of time with short, sharp sprints of action. Step 3. Keep my journal handy so that I can do a bit of “needless creation” when I can’t seem to get going.
