Welcome back to the YCS Podcast and of course, welcome back to my two part episode series with Eleanor Pendleton from Gritty Pretty: "Creating an influential online presence".
In Part Two of this series, Eleanor shares her tips to help you grow your business on social media, evolve your business, and connect with your audience. We also talk about running a small business, product development, revenue streams, knowing when and what to charge for your services and access to your communities, and knowing when to say no.
She also reveals her favourite podcasts and two massive projects she's working on, which will be released this year...!

For the first YCS Podcast episode of 2018, I have the absolute pleasure of interviewing one of my favourite people, Eleanor Pendleton from Gritty Pretty, Australia's leading beauty website, digital magazine and curated e-shop.
We talk about what it takes to create an influential online presence and because we had so much to talk about, I decided to split her interview into a two part episode series.
On this weeks episode, Part One, Eleanor and I talk about doing what you love, strategising your passion, creating something when you can't find it yourself, how to get people to come back to your website and blog, using social media as a communication tool to connect with your audience, luck in business and what it really means, women supporting women, making your online presence stand out from the crowd, what makes influencers influential and instagram strategies.

For the final YCS Podcast episode of 2017, you're stuck with me whilst I talk about getting organised for the new year. I know it may seem a bit late in the year to talk about organisation as the year is almost over. However, I think it's important to reflect on our organisation habits so we can set fresh intentions and start the new year with a bang!
So for todays episode I talk about managing your inbox, desktop folder systems, functional diaries and notebooks, using stationary as a part of your organisation toolkit, indoor plants, how to plan, create and share your social media content better, setting goals and meal prep.

It’s been a while since I’ve done a minisode so I thought I would pop in this week to chat about productivity. As we’re coming into the end of another massive year, I have noticed my productivity has been taking a hit. I have been trialling a few new ways to give my productivity a boost and it’s been working!
So I thought it would be worth sharing how I have been getting more productive, because I know I am not the only person who feels completely shattered by the end of the year. In this episode I talk about routines and sleep, creating good email habits, scheduling your time, single tasking, asking for help, increasing your prices and time management.
