Are you a BOSS MOM?? Have you gotten discouraged because something didn’t work out the way you thought it would? Today is a short but sweet little reminder to TRUST God with your end result and that HE knows your big picture. HE is a lamp unto your feet and a light unto your path. (Psalm 119:105) We can make our plans but the LORD determines our steps. (Proverbs 16:9) ALSO, Proverbs 3:5-6 says “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean NOT (my emphasis) on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths. Have we begun to reverse parent-child roles in society? Where are the boundaries and values and discipline? This is a motivational talk regarding dysfunction in our families that we have allowed to become the norm. As a Christian mom and coach, this is an area that has become increasingly apparent to me that we need help navigating. Let’s think through some of these things that we know we wouldn’t have been allowed to do as kids and ask ourselves why we are so insistent on doing things so different-is it really helping our next generation?
