Ben and Claire discuss hygiene department 'mistakes'. Well not mistakes, just things that could be done better maybe. From language to appointment times.

The Agony Aunt/ Agony Uncle this week is a message received from a hygienist who is worried their wages will start to be affected as a dentist they work with has started doing hygiene treatment.

In true Ben and Claire style we start with your funnies. You have sent in your ideas about what a gynaecologist can say, but a dentist cannot and you did not disappoint. From pricks to lips, you guys are dirty little rat bags!

Then we get serious and talk about Claire's favourite topic- ANALOGIES. She said she'd write a book and so she did. You can find it on Amazon (A Little Book of Analogies). They discuss the analogies they use, including analogies they have picked up from hygienists and therapists along the way.
