After some initial funnies, Ben and Claire turn their attention to a more sombre topic this week. They discuss complaints and the GDC. With some professionals feeling the need to post anonymously for fear of being ridiculed for asking a questions, Claire and Ben discuss why this might be and why we should all be kind.
