What if you didn’t feel a need to convince anyone, if you didn’t need to sell something to find success, if you treated time as the greatest luxury available to you?

Today I want to introduce you to Roland, Roland is one of the most intentionally passionate humans I’ve met, he is someone who consciously presses into life 

He shares what it means to be rooted in nature, why feeling like the smallest thing on earth is both sobering and empowering, and why he wishes we didn’t only take from the earth 

We chat about authentic communication and how time is not a thing to be wasted, how we should not need to convince anyone to be in our lives or “buy” what we are “selling”

He shares about what it feels like to be where he is in life and the vantage point he has to see the bigger picture of what life is and why we need to be able to look at others and take ourselves out of the equation 

Roland is one that taught me quickly to remember the value in how we value what we do; both our work and our intentionality with ourselves and others

What would others assume of who you are if you didn’t tell them? 

Today I want to introduce you to Alexus, Alexus is a kind, fun, and intentional human

I had the honor of hosting Alexus on her first trip out of the states and the even greater honor of getting to make some memories that are full of laughter with her

She shares her experience of graduating and stepping into her college years in the height of all that happened in 2020, how that time led to self confidence, self motivation, and how she grew because of it all

We chat about what it means to understand where another is at, how it can be challenging to be aware of another and how we can forget not everyone sees emotion or need in the same way

She shares about how she has struggled with depression and yet in the same breath how that has led her to know the truth, that she is not alone, and how she appreciates the connection she has found in it

Alexus is someone that has made me more able to listen before I speak, to trust in the connection of humanity, to remember we are all experiencing life in our own way, and that it is ALWAYS worth letting others know us and taking the time to know others

Have you ever been told you “aren’t” something because of another’s definition or opinion; like what you are doing doesn’t qualify until it reaches a certain level of success by another’s standards?

Today I want to introduce you to Andreas, I met Andreas as we wandered into the Nobel Peace Center here in Oslo, and after a short chat about a chair, I noticed a light and story about him I wanted to get to know; I asked if I could come back later and interview him, and he agreed!

We chatted about the value of honesty, straightforwardness in relationships with friends, we chatted about what it means to be an artist and how we choose to share that magic with others, and the importance of being willing to try

He shares how an injury led to a visit to China, and how that led to a greater depth of connectedness to humanity, the depth of what it means to learn, and the impact of becoming a part of another culture

He shares about how he unintentionally started a recording studio and how that brings him so much joy getting to create with other musicians, and how it even led to winning a Norwegian Grammy

I am so grateful I got to meet Andreas and I know you will be as well as you get to hear a bit of the journey life has led him on so far

What would it look like to give life to something you value?

What if you could identify a need and how to fill it in a way that uplifts yourself and others?

Today I want to introduce you to Michael, I have the pleasure of being a part of the co-working community that Michael has created, and as a result have been able to get to know the incredible human that he is

Michael is one that makes others feel welcome, that sees and acts with intentionality when it comes to creating community and space to fill a deep need we each have… to belong

He shares with me how life has taken a big turn recently and the fear that can come from that, but also, the confidence in knowing it was the right choice no matter how difficult 

We chat about what it means to communicate appreciation, what holds some of us back when it comes to offering our “advice,” and how the time in our own heads can be both incredible and limiting all once

He shares his desire for equality to be seen as something that holds true to our individuality and doesn’t become an alteration of our uniqueness, how he wants to encourage other artists and anyone to never stop creating, and.. we get into the nitty gritty “dirt” of what would make this world a better place

Michael is a genuine, intentional, and creative human, one that loves and celebrates the beauty in human difference, appreciates how those unlike him, like his wife, bring a different aspect of joy into his life, and one that I have seen prioritize space for relational growth with others in an authentic way

So tune in today and meet Michael, a human that reminds us all what it means to be a part of community, what it means to be who we are, and the opportunity we each hold to encourage and create space for others

What if your time was limited?

What would you do with your one life if you knew if would make an impact?

Today I want to introduce you to Teanui, Teanui and I met on a small island in the middle of the South Pacific Ocean

It’s something I don’t ever cease to be amazed by how one choice leads to another, and as a result we find ourselves in places and meeting people we may never have had the chance to..

Teanui is one that knows the value of life, the value of time, and the impact his life could have on others and the world…

He shares with me how an illness framed the way he sees life, how an accident redirected his course in life, and how he has learned that his desire to help others gets to be lived out in his work

With dreams of being a firefighter being shifted, he found that making an impact isn’t always about what we see immediately in the moment, sometimes there’s a greater impact we get to be a part of 

His intentionality to live a life full of joy, to give of himself when he can, and the way he does not let fear hold him back from being pursuing his destiny 

Teanui is one who’s smile and joy are tangible, one that isn’t afraid to see what life has in store, and one that has such an intentional ability to see his fellow human

So tune in today and meet a man that reminds me to not be afraid of change, to not let imperfection keep me from growing, and to share help, a smile, and time with whomever we can

Have you ever felt like your life is too different to be understood?

Today I want to introduce you to Sam, Sam is one of the sweetest and most gentle humans you will ever meet, she is an intentional soul that values the freedom and ability to pursue life and share it’s moments with others, and one that I’m excited to share a little of with you today

We chat about the growth that comes from constant change, the difference in feeling truly listened to and how we gain understanding as a result, and why asking for help is not a weakness 

She shares the struggle in feeling different, how gaining the confidence in knowing our own value changes the way we step into what lies ahead, and the times that she has relied and grown from her own strength 

Sam is one that reminds us all to dream big, to be kind, and to not fear listening to your passion and your own voice

Have you ever had someone take action to show they heard you, whether it was following up or sharing something with you because at one point you mentioned it mattered?

Today I want to introduce you to Tareq, Tareq is someone I met and felt as though I had known for years, he is a warm and welcoming soul, something very on par with his culture, he is a man of intention, presence, and value for humanity 

We chat what our greatest fears, the way we can misunderstand culture until we know its name and face, and how relationships are among the things we work the hardest for and should be the most proud of 

He shares the shift and time in his life that has led and continues to lead him to the man he is today, how he is both terrified and excited to become a father soon, and how life isn’t always what it seems, that hard work and luck aren’t always connected but hard work is always available for us to step into 

Tareq is a man that is not afraid to step into hard work, one that values family in ways I believe we each can learn from, and one that listens and creates presence and pause for others to be present in a rare and beautiful way

So tune in to day and meet Tareq, a human that no matter the way the world turns gives space for each of us to be reminded of what it is to know and listen to another

What would it look like for you to take a step forward without knowing how it could end?

Today I want to introduce you to Less, Less is one of those girls you see from afar and wonder if they are really as “fun” and “sweet” as they seam, well I hope you tune in and get to see what I and all her friends already know… she is indeed as sweet and full of life as you could ever imagine

Less is one that knows life isn’t always easy but when we are granted the gift of being able to pursue whatever lies ahead, for ourselves and others who can’t; we better take it

We chat about what travel and taking a year to leave everything behind and see the world has taught her, why traveling is so much more about the people then the place, and the beautiful purpose that we get to have in spreading happiness

She shares how life has led her to reach success in cultural standards and why she doesn’t for a minute regret her choice to change course

Less is one that will beautifully challenge you to truly love your own life no matter what it looks like, one that wants to remind you to take a risk and step into what excitingly scares you, and one that will undoubtedly ask your love story within 5 minutes of meeting her
