While I was in India, I met a chef who dreams of traveling the world, trying new restaurants, and experiencing what I get to do pretty often. But because of passport restrictions, it’s not as simple for him. It made me realize that even though I’m not exactly living my ‘dream life,’ I’m living someone else’s. And wow, that hit hard.
