I don’t hear many people speaking about this on social, but I see it happening to everyone and heard many stories from friends.
In our society, it’s common to associate overeating with pure enjoyment, for example, when you know you will go to a fancy restaurant for lunch and don’t eat your breakfast so you can stuff yourself to the limit. But is this the real enjoyment?
In this episode I will share my own journey with eating and how I’m changing this habit.

There is this misconception that to heal, improve or glow up, you must be by yourself.
‘Disappear for 6 months’ is the one I hear the most and I’m tired of it. If this works for you fine, but it’s not the only way. Many people became successful while being surrounded by people.
Let's remember that human beings are social animals! We need other people around to be healthy, improve ourselves and be happy. The right people around you will give you so much to learn from that you will be shocked.
If you want help to find the right path for you, to find enjoyment or if you just want to talk, schedule a meeting with me here, it's free for the time being. https://calendar.app.google/n994YP6KGSayBdcw8

As you might do, I always thought I was against society, challenging what is ‘normal’ and being aware of my ideas. But, it is not entirely correct. Society influenced me, and I can finally see one piece of it. ✨

One of the worst things in your journey towards your dream is feeling it’s impossible and seeing the final goal so far.
If on top of that, we add people telling us it’s impossible and then comparing ourselves with the ones who already made it, well, we have the perfect recipe for frustration and want to give up. I feel you, I felt and still feel this way, and it’s not nice at all.
In this episode, I walk you through some of my own experiences with these feelings and some tips on how I overcome them. I feel I have so much more to add to this topic, and I can’t wait to share more with you.

If you don't know me, you would never imagine it. Anxiety is a big part of my life and it has always been since I can remember. Thanks to therapy I'm learning what it is, how it feels, and how to overcome it and live with it, because yes, it's part of me and will always be somehow.
In this episode I share my personal opinions and experiences, I'm NOT a therapist or expert and please do not take my words for the holy truth. Instead, let's connect and share with me your opinion and your experience. 🩷
Sometimes it is hard to accept gifts, gestures, support or anything from other people, but especially from our friends.
In this episode, I explore my journey of accepting the abundance from my friends and some realizations.
