So what makes you special? What makes you unique? What makes you different from everyone else out there? Maybe you have a little bit of an idea, and maybe you see some similarities between you and others out there, but for the most part, we really don’t understand our bodies, our minds, and what they are trying to tell us. That is until today!
In this episode, you and I will dive into which of the three body types you fall into (think of them as the vehicle you were given to get you through this lifetime). Once we uncover your wellness body type, we will move on to your wellness mind type (spoiler alert: they can be totally different). We will learn how your wellness body and mind type dance in this lifetime together, what stresses them, and what you can do to provide a nurturing environment to support both your amazing body and mind.
