After a long career in behavioural research, Mark Francas decided to study nutritional health at London’s College of Naturopathic Medicine. He did this to try to improve his own health as he got older…….and the course inspired him to set up a nutrition practice specialising in Men’s Health. His practice is called Nourish and he works with men who want to feel healthier and slow down the aging process.
Mark is a bit of an outlier, being a male nutrition practitioner in a field dominated by females………
He combines his knowledge of nutrition with his background in behavioural psychology to develop holistic Health Plans for clients which are practical and achievable.
